Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at INAT. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Production & Fulfillment Time

All of our products are printed on demand. This means when you place an order, we create it specifically for you.

• Production Time: Standard fulfillment takes 2–7 business days before an item ships.

• • During peak seasons (holidays), production may take slightly longer

  2. Shipping Estimates

  Shipping time refers to the time it takes for your item to travel from our print provider to your doorstep. Estimates vary by destination:

  • Domestic (USA): 2–5 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days (depending on your country’s customs processing)

  Note: Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time.

  3. Shipping Rates

  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Flat Rate: We offer standard flat-rate shipping based on the product type.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

  4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  INAT is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you immediately.

  • If your package is lost in transit (tracking has not updated for 14+ days), please reach out to our support team at mrsha5709@gmail.com

  6. Address Accuracy

  Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
